The M&K Food Philosophy is simple: KEEP. IT. REAL. I believe each body requires a little something different in order to thrive. Stay connected to your system and adjust as needed.

All bodies thrive on whole, real foods: fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, non-gluten grains and clean proteins. You choose the nuances.

  • Eat organic as much as you can.
  • If you eat animal products, keep them hormone, chemical free and grass fed.
  • Fill your life with fruits and veggies. The bulk of our nourishing elements come from them.
  • Cook at home as much as you can.
  • Explore herbs and spices.
  • Hydrate with water, herbal teas and coconut water.
  • Stop counting things! Calories, milligrams, grams…..if you are eating whole, real foods you do not need to count a thing. It only creates stress and looming failure. If you are eating real, you’re not in danger.
  • Keep all foods in balance. Try not to OD on any one, two or three particular foods.
  • Have fun, love and enjoy the exploration of gorgeous, healing, nourishing foods that fuel.
