"I've been doing M&K for about seven months now and I wanted to share the results I've seen. I started this journey after realizing that I had some real long term health risks that I needed to tackle. For a supposedly "normal" 30 something guy I had an unsustainably high blood pressure (140/80) and was carrying a fair amount of extra weight for someone who's 5'9" (192 lbs). I suffered from headaches, fatigue and I knew I could look better. My wife Emily is a huge M&K fan and when I got my highest BP reading I decided to give it a try. In the past six months I've changed the way I eat (no more gluten, no more refined sugar, less grain, a lot more veggies and a lot more fruit). In maybe the biggest change, I drink my coffee black (and suddenly realize how much I like coffee itself, which I used to miss under all the cream and sugar). I work out 3-5 times a week. Lately I've been throwing in a second workout somedays which has been great. I've seen some really life changing results. My weight is down to 168. I have a totally different shape. I even had to buy all new pants :). Most importantly my blood pressure is down to 104/68, which is stunningly good."

"I haven't been happy with my weight since I was a sophomore in college. I continued gaining weight throughout the years and would lose some here and there but never get to my ultimate goal, because I wasn't ready to change the inside of me, I only wanted it for vanity purposes. Then, I got pregnant with my adorable son, Otis. After he was born I couldn't lose weight. I constantly thought of how I was going to be there for him growing up if I couldn't keep up with him physically, and the thought of me not being here for his life crossed my mind too, as both my parents had passed away by the time I was 30. I did not want that looming over my head anymore, so I decided to finally make a change. This time for good and from the inside out. I was lucky enough to be friends with Tandy in college, and one of our mutual friends reminded me that Tandy had started Pimp Your Mat. So I decided to check it out. I started changing my diet and doing M&K workouts from YouTube and the sample workout she had on the website. I started noticing changes immediately. My size 12/14 clothes were starting to get a little loose. Within 3 months I had lost 17 lbs. Because of Tandy's way of coaching, I didn't feel like I should be pushing myself to lose 5 lbs a week, that slow and steady was a great way to do it. I didn't feel guilty, which was the key for me. I eventually signed up for her 2 week free trial and once I had access to all those workouts and recipes, I was hooked. I signed up for M&K shortly after my free trial had ended. I got down to 142 lbs somewhat slowly and then got stuck. I thought I was eating right (I was eating better, but not right yet) and working out and nothing else was happening for weeks. Finally, I caved into the 5 day reset. I fought it for months and was so nervous about it. Within the first week I was down to 137 lbs. The first week for me was actually the easiest week. Once I started working things back I started realizing the permanence of some of the things that were gone from my diet, and I kind of freaked out inside. But, before long I realized that occasional indulgences with the treats I was going to miss so much was acceptable and that if I made things at home, I could omit the terrible, fake ingredients that harm our bodies so much (hello potato chips!). Now I don't crave the bad foods I used to eat, I make my own treats, and I have learned a lot about my body and what it needs and desires and what it doesn't do well with. I am 129 lbs. (total of 41 lb weight loss), 6 lbs more than my goal. I have gone from a size 12/14 to a size 6. As a friend said to me, "your skin looks good, your eyes look brighter, you look happy". And I am, I am healthy, happy, and know I have genuinely changed my life. While I can attribute my wanting to save my life to having a child, I can only thank Tandy and M&K for teaching me how to do it with real food and exercise and sticking through it with me. Thank you Tandy! I am a lifer now!"

"I feel it is nothing short of a miracle that I've done them every day for almost three weeks! I MUST start my day with M&K every single day! I've never continued with a workout this consistently! I'm the queen of getting a plan in place that's fool proof until one tiny thing messes it up and then I quit for six months! The difference with Pym is that it's a new workout everyday! I committed to giving up 45 minutes of sleep to workout first thing every morning and I've never felt better!    Thank you for keeping it fresh and new for me! In the best possible way, you make me feel like I'm the only Pym subscriber! I look forward to getting on the mat with you each and every morning for many, many mornings to come! I also just bought my 4 year old daughter her own yoga mat so we can do workouts together sometime!   As for my fitness goals...to be thin! I know that's a pretty superficial start, but if I'm being honest, looking better is at the top of my list! Second is to have more energy and just feel better in my skin. I feel like I'm a skinny, toned Pilates warrior trapped inside a flabby rural houswife's body! My final goal has to do with being healthier in terms of fertility. I don't necessarily know if my fitness level has anything to do with it, but I mentioned before that I'm 36 and my husband and I are trying to have a baby. I didn't mention that we've been trying for 14 months and in the middle of that time I had a miscarriage at 8 and a half weeks. I don't have a great pregnancy history, so I'm only giving myself four more months of trying before we assume it's not meant to be! That's why I feel that health, nutrition and fitness could play a huge role!     Anyway, thank you for being there!
