Events are classes and highly personalized classes andworkshops with Tandy. These events include:
  1. An M&K Workout led by Tandy with one-on-one adjustments and modifications for your body.
  2. M&K Food Education tailored to the wants and needs of each event. Topics include but are not restricted to; batch cooking, alkaline to paleo diets, how to identify your food sensitivities and most powerful how to crack your own food code to know what foods work for your body now.
